Symbiotic OptIn

Operators need to Register and OptIn into symbiotic network on L1 Network. It can be done via

• kalypso-cli for EOA (externally owned addresses with private keys)
• direct smart contract interaction

In case your funds are in smart contract/multisig/ledger, it is recommonded to interact with smart contracts directly as kalypso-cli currently only supported EOAs
